Joanne and her late husband founded the company in 2002 – and franchised it in 2008. Ten years on and now happily remarried, Joanne remains hands on and at the heart of the franchise - operating as Managing Director, she provides focus, direction, and support to the whole team both at Head Office and to our vast network of franchisees.
Before joining spoton.net in 2002, Kevin worked with several prestigious design agencies in London. He moved to the West Country to marry and start a family, now a family of four! Not only a gifted designer in his own right, Kevin oversees the whole design team from training and production to keeping designs styles on trend, and has great rapport with his talented team.
Stephen is the brains behind the it'seeze website management system. He trained in computer science at Cambridge University, and has worked many long nights to develop the online system that our franchisees market so successfully. In such a fast moving digital world, ongoing development is his focus, further enhancing the it'seeze system to benefit our many customers marketing their businesses online.
Oscar joined the business in 2009. He controls finances and is responsible for the company's overall financial strategy. He's also instrumental in ensuring our accounting systems minimise the time franchisees need to spend on admin, allowing them to spend more time growing their online marketing franchise. As the company has grown, so has Oscar's family - he is now a father to both a son and a daughter.
